for T2000 Reusable Trocar Access System
CE Mark Is A Major Milestone In Worldwide Commercialization Strategy

Houston, TX November 25, 2004 - NeoSurg Technologies, Inc., a leading developer of minimally invasive access products for laparoscopic surgery, today announced that it has received CE Mark in the European Union for its T2000 Reusable Trocar Access System. This system combines the features of a disposable access system with the cost savings of a reusable platform.

With this CE Mark, NeoSurg can now market the T2000 Reusable Access System in the European Union, for all minimally invasive procedures.

About the T2000 System
The T2000 System consists of a Reusable Trocar constructed of titanium and hard anodized aluminum for durability and reliability. The access tip is disposable which provides the surgeon with a consistently sharp and control penetration. A locking shielding mechanism is attached to the main trocar to guard the tip during insertion.
